Job Type: full-time, part-time, or seasonal
Compensation: hourly, non-exempt, $12.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
– Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, yard waste removal, snow plowing, or other landscaping general labor
Requirements:
– Must have reliable transportation to and from work
– Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Valid Ohio Driver’s License, with a clean driving record required for position advancement
– Drug-Free, Smoke Free and Tobacco Free working environment
Experience:
– Landscaping / Ground Maintenance experience a plus
– Pulling and trailer maneuvering skills a plus
– Hardscape experience a plus
Competencies:
– Willing to adhere to rules and policies

– Attention to Detail and Customer Service skills

– Must be able to work well with others (typically on a crew of 2-4 people)
