Job Type: full-time
Compensation: salary, exempt, $18.00+ per hour equivalent, based on experience

Responsibilities:
– Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, yard waste removal, snow plowing, or other landscaping general labor
– Leading and training others
Requirements:
– Must have reliable transportation to and from work
– Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Valid Ohio Driver’s License, with a clean driving record
– Drug-Free, Smoke Free and Tobacco Free working environment
– Availability for year-round work
Experience:
– 2+ years of Landscaping experience
– Pulling and trailer maneuvering skills
– Previous Foreman experience a plus
– Hardscape experience a plus
– Experience with Plowing & Ice Management Services a plus
